your health and fitness educator .With her experience as a health
middle & high school teacher and human disease/pathology college
professor allow her to TEACH you
how to live a long and healthy lifestyle that will work FOR
YOU. Allow “TR” to
help you understand your body and needs. Allow “TR” to
help you defeat your weakness and master your strengths. It is
Tricia will create a detailed program consisting of your
personalized exercise program and eating lifestyle to make sure
you reach your goals.
“TR” The
Personal Trainer: TRicia is
your Private Personal Trainer. With her experience as a private
personal trainer, Tricia understands that your schedule is hectic;
she realizes that today’s working individual can’t
make it to a gym after a hard day at work, along with other responsibilities
such as family and school. As your private personal trainer Tricia
will make it extremely manageable for you to implement a regular
exercise program in your life. “TR” will
travel to you, training you in your back yard, a near by park,
the beaches or any where we can get your workout on. Tricia
will make the impossible possible.
“TR” The
Exercise Physiologist: TRicia is
your Exercise Physiologist. With her education at the master’s
level in exercise science “TR” will
make it her business to find the answers to your fitness & health
goals. Tricia’s education and experience allows her to design
an detailed exercise program for any population. First , TRicia’s special
population cliental base includes: individuals with cancer, osteoporosis,
hypertension, diabetes, circulatory/vascular disorders, stress,
recovering from surgery, insomnia, heart disorders, respiratory
difficulties, joint disorders, neurological, skeletal, balance,
coordination, stability & etc. Second, TRicia’s athletic
cliental base includes: sports specific training, increasing speed,
muscular endurance, increasing strength, improving agility, & sports
specific movements. Third, TRicia’s weight
management cliental base includes: decreasing body fat, increasing
lean muscle mass, and teaching you a modified eating lifestyle
that works FOR YOU.
