Tricia's Master 10 to a Healthy Lifestyle

1. Get plenty of rest 7-9hrs of sleep every night

2. Drink plenty of water at least 1 liter daily

3. Participate in your favorite leisure activity and/or a regular exercise regime for at least 30mins a day

4. Eat balance meals that consist of protein, high fiber, and complex carbohydrates ( ex. brown rice, potatoes, fruits, wheat breads & grains & etc.

5. Snack on fruits as your natural source of sugar through out the day

6. Practice relaxation exercises such as yoga and meditation to reduce stress

7. Decrease or eliminate simple sugars Ex (candy, chips, gum, soda’s, cookies, fast food, juices, ice cream ,etc)

8. Maintain your annual physical exams and keep track of your health status

9. Stay away from the diet pills/energy drinks and synthetic supplements

10. Add whole food fruits and veggies to your meals daily
