MY TRAINING METHOD: My goal is to change your life by using my education, experience, and my DEEP passion for health & exercise. I will teach you how to live a fit and healthy life using my personalized technique for each individual goals.

AGE: Don’t let your age be a factor, it is never to late to improve your health & fitness level. My experience allows me to create a program for you no matter how old you are.

BAD HABITS: I will decrease your want for processed sweets, I will decrease your want to smoke, I will decrease your want to abuse alcohol, I will decrease your stress levels and I will increase your need for exercise, healthy food choices, & good habits.

WEIGHT LOSS: No matter what your situation is I will listen to your goals and design an exercise program to help you decrease body fat & increase lean muscle mass. I will educate you about your body and your individual needs. No matter your situation between you and I we will accomplish your goals.

YOUR CURRENT CONDITION: I will create an exercise program based on your individual needs to help you manage your pre-existing conditions such as cancer, osteoporosis, hypertension, diabetes, circulatory/vascular disorders, stress, recovering from surgery, insomnia, heart disorders, respiratory difficulties, joint disorders, neurological, skeletal, balance, coordination, stability & etc. Your exercise programs are especially created using your current health status, your goals and your determination

SPORTS PERFORMANCE: Attention athletes & team sports I will implement programs to improve your sports performance, by increasing endurance, strength, muscle mass, speed, motor skills, and body mechanics. These programs are created based on performance evaluations, performance assessments, performance goals and much more.
