will decrease your want for processed sweets, I will decrease your
want to smoke, I will decrease your want
to abuse alcohol, I will
decrease your stress levels and I will increase your need for exercise,
healthy food choices, & good habits.

LOSS: No
matter what your situation is I will listen to your goals and design
an exercise program to help you decrease body fat & increase lean
muscle mass. I will educate you about your body and your individual
needs. No matter your situation

cancer, osteoporosis, hypertension, diabetes, circulatory/vascular
disorders, stress, recovering from surgery, insomnia, heart disorders,

difficulties, joint disorders, neurological, skeletal, balance, coordination,
stability & etc. Your exercise programs are especially created using
your current health status, your goals and your determination
SPORTS
PERFORMANCE: Attention
athletes & team sports I will implement programs to improve your
sports performance, by increasing endurance, strength, muscle mass, speed,
motor
skills, and body mechanics. These programs are created based on performance
evaluations, performance assessments, performance goals and much
more.
