Q. Why did you choose a career in health & fitness?

A. I developed a deep passion for health and physical fitness while teaching human disease and pathology at the college level. I have come to appreciate the anatomy and biology of the body and decided to spend the rest of my life at the prevention stage. My goal is to teach you how to live healthy with your current disease or condition and teach others the steps to prevention improving your eating lifestyle and implementing exercise.

Q. What kind of people do you train?

A. I provide services for both men and women of all ages. I create individual exercise prescriptions for weight loss, stress, pre/post op, pre/post pregnancy, body sculpting, strength, power, speed, muscular endurance, sport specific, flexibility, breathing, balance & coordination.

Q. What kind of personal training packages do you have?

A. I have individual personal training packages to meet the fitness goals and financial range of everyone. Sessions range from 30min, 45mins to 1hr and more. All packages are a minimum of 3months ranging from 1-5 times a week. All packages are customized for each individual

Q. What makes you different from other personal trainers?

A. I have invested my time in education obtaining my B.S in physical education, my 1st Masters in education administration, and my 2nd masters in exercise science. I decided to further my education, to increase my knowledge in the area of exercise science for the benefit of myself, my students & my clients. Along with my education and my experience, my greatest component is the passion and overall great concern I possess to teach people how to maintain a safe optimum health & fitness lifestyle.

Q. Do you train high profile athletes & celebrities if so who have you trained?

A. Yes, my services are not limited to anyone neither is my privacy policy, therefore, out of respect and confidentially all cliental information is kept private. I will not disclose the names of any high profile people I have worked with in the past or do currently work with now to promote my services. I am GOOD at what I do, therefore, my work speaks for itself.


Q. Why don’t you recommend diet pills?

A. Based on my extensive research diet pills are dangerous, unhealthy, and many times fatal. Unlike many people in the field of health & fitness, I am in this business to save lives not put them in danger.

Q. Why are diet pills so popular?

A. Advertisements & infomercials prey on everyone (especially women) that are desperately seeking weight loss solutions, many people are uneducated in the area of health science and are looking for a quick fix. The only thing these products guarantee is wasting your money, wasting your time and putting your health at risk. Time, patience, motivation and the will to live a healthy life is all you need to achieve your fitness goals and if you are lacking in any one of these areas, this is where I come in.

Q. Why do you encourage people to research?

A. Knowledge is power and unfortunately in this business to many people are being mislead and taken advantage of by infomercial schemes and harmful diet products. As an educator, I take pride in providing people with true information regarding their health & fitness, I encourage people to do their research based on their individual needs from various reliable resources that have nothing to gain such as university articles, government, non profit organizations, medical articles, customer consumer reports, and scientific research

Q. I have tried diet after diet why can’t I keep my weight off? What diet do you suggest?

A. Like I mentioned before unfortunately people are mislead, lied to, and are sold unhealthy and unpromising products for the purpose of financial gain. Therefore, I do not recommend any particle diet for anyone. I refer to the way we eat as your eating lifestyle therefore, I improve the way you eat based on your individual lifestyle. Q. Where do you train your clients?

A. I train my clients in a variety of places which includes at your home, the nearest park, the nearest beach, the nearest track and etc

Q. Do I need to buy my own equipment?

A. All I need is your time and your effort. You do not need to buy any equipment, however you may choose to include equipment that you already own, otherwise I have all the tools that we need to reach your health & fitness goals.

Q.What can I expect when I make appointment for a free fitness assessment?

A. Your free fitness assessment is 1hour long and it includes measurements, nutritional guidelines, health over view, exercise prescription, and much more.
