Q. Why did you choose Health & Fitness as your career?
A. I have always enjoyed fitness. I developed a deeper passion for health and physical fitness while teaching a college course related to Human Diseases. It was then that I began to greatly appreciate the anatomy and biology of the human body. Instantly, I decided to spend the rest of my life teaching steps of prevention and assist individuals how to lead healthier and active lives.
Q. Who do you train?
A. I provide services for both men and women of all ages. I create individual exercise prescriptions for weight loss, stress, pre/post op, pre/post pregnancy, body sculpting, strength, power, speed, muscular endurance, sport specific, flexibility, breathing, balance & coordination.
Q. How do you train your clients?
A. All training and exercise routines are customized for each individual. The following training routines are utilized: athletic/ functional training, calisthenics, plyometrics, med balls, bands, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, cardio, and much more including nontraditional movements and exercises created by me. All movements are carefully watched to ensure proper body mechanics and form. Improper form is NOT tolerated; your training sessions are created to get you fit safely & correctly.
Q. What kind of personal training packages do you offer?
A. I have individual personal training packages to meet the fitness goals and financial range of everyone. Sessions range from 30min, 45mins to 1hr and more. Discount packages are available for individual and group training. Give us a call regarding rates and discounts.
Q. What makes you different from other personal trainers?
A. I have invested time as a graduate student to further my education in Exercise Science. I have obtained a B.S in physical education, a Master’s in Exercise Science and my 2nd Masters in Education Administration. I continue to research and educated myself, so I can provide my clients with factual information regarding their individual health & fitness goals. It is extremely important to me that my clients are performing their exercises correctly and that they are getting the maximum benefit from their workouts. I am not just a Fitness Trainer; I am an Educator, Exercise Physiologist and a friend. I possess a passionate concern for my clients and I aim for them to maintain an optimum health & fitness lifestyle.
Q. Do I have to live in Miami to receive your services?
A. No, I offer online personal training and nutritional services to everyone regardless of where you live. To view my Online Training Packages, just click on the "ONLINE TRAINING" tab at the top of this site and a pop up page will open up with all of my Online Training Packages and Services.
Q. Do you travel outside of Florida to train clients?
A. Yes I do, Prices include travel expenses and a daily rate is applied. Please contact me for more information.
Q. What can I expect when I make an appointment for a free fitness assessment?
A. Your free fitness assessment is 1hour long and it includes measurements, nutritional guidelines, a health over view, exercise prescription, and much more.
Q. I have tried diet after diet why can’t I keep my weight off? What diet do you suggest?
A. The main reason people cannot keep the weight off is because of inconsistency with exercise and unhealthy eating habits. I do not suggest any particle diet. I teach people how to eat balance meals, eat smarter, and make healthier chooses. In combination with a healthy eating life style and a consistent exercise routine, you can lose weight and be fit.
Q. Where do you train your clients?
A. I train my clients in a variety of places which includes their home, their fitness facility, the nearest park, the nearest beach, the nearest, track, where there is an area of space we will train.
Q. Do I need to buy my own equipment?
A. All I need is your time and your effort. You do not need to buy any equipment. I have all the tools that we need to reach your health & fitness goals. Just show up and be return to WORK!
Q. How can I be sure, I will get results, if I hire you as my Fitness trainer?
A. I work with my clients as a team, meaning you and me. I know I will do my part during our sessions and checking up on you regularly. The question is WILL YOU DO YOUR PART? If you are committed, ready to give me 100%, consistent and motivated, then your results will reflect just that. If you give me 100%, that’s what you will get back, if you give me 50% that’s what you will get back. You get what you put in. So if you are ready to put in 100%, then the answer is easy” YOU WILL GET RESULTS”. |
